Moonphase in Pisces – when we feel too much

The moon in Pisces days are normally very relaxing and smooth going days. People will think and act far more selflessly than on other days and show more compassion. These days are an ideal to actively listen to what the other has to say without judgement and without giving that good advice. The Pisces energy is a very dreamy energy and so soft and gentle in its nature that we easily drift away into other realms. The spheres of magic, illusion and fantasy are opening their doors to all those brave enough to walk through them. We might feel our psychic abilities heightened and the longing to connect with others and life on a deeper level than the normal.

Everything that is out there, and hard to grasp seems to be very fascinating and adorable. We wonder, what lies beyond and we are ready to find out.

These days are perfect to take some time for yourself and do some daydreaming. Different than making concrete plans like Virgos or Capricorn would do we are now into the no boundary state. We just want to play around with what is possible and not worry about all that could go wrong. Pisces in moon days hold the potential of accumulating of ideas and visions, supernatural experiences and others but definitely not good days for making long lasting commitments. Too easily we would say yes to something today that we later might regret because there are no boundaries, there is no self today. These days is all about floating along rather than getting things done.

Staying home with a good book, some chocolate and a nice cup of tea would be a perfect Pisces moon day. Watch a movie, have nice food and spend some quality time with your partner, you will not regret the openness and all that comes with it.

Our sensitivity is very much stimulated and we should stay away from anything that could bring us out of balance. Pisces love their peace and quiet and they need more of that than other star signs. Not clearly knowing where the path leads the Pisces moon days invite us to try new ways and experiment with what else is possible but more in our minds than in practical reality. Its not a time to make a promise nor to sign a contract or an agreement. We might experience some confusion and should put things off that would need our focus or clarity of mind.

Pisces in Moon days are for the dreamers and the idealist. Those who dream the world into shape when no one is watching.

These days might also shine a light on our insecurities and low self-esteem because Pisces just feel too much. They often have abundance of compassion and caring thoughts for others but for themselves they tend not to spend enough time. It is important on these days to return to ourselves with the help of spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, tai chi, or swimming.

A walk in nature, on the beach or near water is also very good and brings the influence of these days even closer into our energy field.

We will need to try to keep positive and not to get stuck in depression or the overwhelming feeling that we are unable to change the world. One step at a time would be a good advice for Pisces in moon days, so we can realisticly achieve our goals. When the moon passes through Pisces we might also in need of extra encouragement or support as subconscious feelings and thoughts might find its way to the surface. It is a great day to arrange an appointment with a therapist that can help us to find deeper layers of ourselves and how to deal with them. We are open and receptive and want to uncover all that is hidden deep within ourselves, if we can find assistance or guidance to do that this definitely would be very helpful.

It is a brilliant day to seek out some advice from a psychic or a healer because all these things are positive supported by the Pisces energy. Be creative, listen to music, explore the unknown and try something new. It is a great day to let yourself go, spend the day in bed or in a retreat. Let go of boundaries and experience yourself in a state of oneness with the world. Trance dance and any other kind of ecstatic expression can be very beneficial these days. Pisces in moon makes us long for more to see beyond the ordinary and let go of this earthly suffering.

Pisces are also often associated with addiction and all the problems that do come with it. From Co-dependency but also the intoxication of the body and its side-effects. On pisces moon days we need to be mindful not to end up in a place where we didn’t want to be – because there are no boundaries and going with the flow is so much more fun. Drug addiction and comfort eating can be an expression of Pisces energy but also these days offer the opportunity to exactly do some great work exactly on these problems.

When the moon passes through Pisces it is very advice able not to drink or smoke too much. Because of the sensitive energy we will experience everything more intense as usual which can have fatal results.

The Pisces are ruling the feet in our physical body and we should spend extra attention to these areas during Pisces days. A nice reflexology, a foot bath or seeing a podologist is very beneficial and can bring a lot of good.

The feet are on of the most sensitive areas in the whole body even many people won’t believe that. All the meridians of the whole body are coming down to the feet where they find their final destination. This is also why reflexology is so beneficial because it can help with all the inner organs and its problems.

Pisces Moon Days are great days to find some form of creative expression like singing, drawing or painting, cooking or just listening to music. If you are gifted in writing, than get your pen and paper ready and try to write some poetry.

What ever you do today, it is important that you are gentle with yourself. Take more time for a task then normal and do it in your own pace. Don’t allow a fixed schedule or anything or pressure to interfere in your day and try to make enough time and space for yourself to retreat. An Epsom Salt bath can work wonders on Pisces moon days and helps the body to detox. Drink plenty of water and be mindful to take a good rest during the day.

Withdraw into your own world if you want to and make space for some subconscious work. Stay away from any toxins if possible and if you do take medication or smoke, especially during Pisces Moon days it would be beneficial to reduce the daily intake because everything has a bigger impact or influence today.

Try to take it easy, if you are emotional than allow your emotions to come and go. Don’t force or overthink too much as these days lead to heightened sensitivity and it can happen that we feel more than we normally do. It also indicates that we might feel more of what others go through and can easily mix it up thinking it would be our own feelings.

No one is born Self Confident

As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live.”

Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

No on is born Self-Confident even some people tend to believe that. As if self-confidence is a gift that was given to a few by birth and others have to work hard for it, some of us even a life time. This believe is a myth and has created a lot of confusion and misunderstanding within our personal expression of ourselves.

After years of self-development and also walking and exploring the spiritual path, I honestly can say: No one was born Self-Confident furthermore that the growth of self -confidence has different stages we go through. There are internal and external factors that do play a very important role in building self-confidence by understanding this we gain a lot of insights and can change accordingly.

google.com

There are many studies and even more opinions about the subject of self-confidence and many of them teach us a totally wrong picture what it actually is.

The concept of self-confidence is commonly used as self-assurance in one’s personal judgement, ability, power, etc. One increases self-confidence from experiences of having mastered particular activities. It is a positive belief that in the future one can generally accomplish what one wishes to do. Self-confidence is not the same as self-esteem, which is an evaluation of one’s own worth, whereas self-confidence is more specifically trust in one’s ability to achieve some goal…” – Wikipedia 2018

google.com

I wonder how many people do truly know what self-confidence is, how many of us do still believe the media’s opinion that confidence can only increase if we buy this or that. Only if we possess certain things or follow a certain method we will finally gain self-confidence and can achieve anything we want in life.

Internal and external factors that shape Self-confidence

There are many different factors which play an important role in building self-confidence early in our lives. Most important probably will be our parents and how much they encouraged, supported and loved us. This relationship is the foundation for the rest of our lives and determines very much on how we see ourselves. The more we grow up the more we come in touch with other external factors such as teachers and other children at school. The teachers opinion about our performance in school has a huge impact on our self-confidence and can break us. In that period of time we also confronted with media’s idea about our self-image and especially as a teenager we are so vulnerable to the opinions of others. These early external factors play an important role in our person development of self-confidence and can have an impact we will feel a life time. Unless we become conscious and aware enough or shall I say brave enough to heal and break through childhood or early teenage trauma.

az-quotes.com

The role of our parents towards Self-confidence

While we are children, we are totally dependent on our parents and what they make us belief about ourselves. Some people say that children have developed a sense of self-esteem by the age of 5. Dependent on our parents and how much they supported us during the early ages we will grow rich or poor in self-confidence. If rejection, abuse or the inability to express love towards children has taken place, the child will suffer a lot more than other children. In addition to that its not only what our parents do think about us but also what the parents do think about themselves. How can a parent give a good idea of self-confidence if its not present within themselves? The parents inability to love themselves or being proud of their own achievements will also be reflected towards the child. Especially that happens if the child in its innocent nature strives to be better and learn new things. If the parents then hold on to their own lack of self-confidence it doesn’t allow the child to make new experiences that help him/her grow. This is often how problems and belief systems are passed down from one generation to the other, to the point where one family member finally breaks free by seeking actively help regarding these problems.

nwa.com

Performance and the fail of the education system to offer true support

Performance is everything, parents are still believing that only if a child performs good in school it will make it in life. Teachers thinking the same, but for them it is more important if the child does perform good in a certain subject. Because for the teacher it is a sign that he/she is doing the right job. I wonder how many teacher actually do ask themselves if what they teach is actually needed in life? In addition to that I want to raise the question how many children nearly break under the expectations of parents and teachers to perform rather than be themselves? We still do believe only if we achieve something with the highest scores it would build up our self-confidence, this is only half true.

hindustiantimes.com

Yes, achievement has something to do with building self-confidence but it can be an achievement in anything. Something we do like, something we do have a passion for, something we set our minds to and we achieved it with our own two hands or with support of others.

In schools and education the achievement mostly includes to repeat what has been said or to achieve the highest mark so we are able to get a better job in the future. As statistics have shown how many world class students are still out of work. On the other hand side how many famous or successful people are truly depressed?

It is a myth and we still go for the idea that happiness is found on the outside, based on this believe we run around a life time, continuously asking ourselves when it will finally come. The day we achieved to be content and at ease with ourselves?

motessory academy

Real Self-Confidence comes from within

Let me say again, self-confidence is not something we are born with but something that we gain throughout life. It is very important to understand the difference, furthermore it will help to build a solid foundation on which self-confidence finally can grow.

From a spiritual perspective the problem arises already with our birth. The moment when the spirit incarnates into a physical body and sets itself the challenge to experience the world through the eyes of its own. From the moment we are born we are totally dependant on our parents, or at least on our mothers. We need to be fed, looked after and told how to do things. Dependant on our parents this can be a tricky path and very much is up to them what they think is really important to us. But also what they think about themselves. Then we are forced into an education system that makes us believe that our performance on how to repeat what is told will get us what we need in life. Unable to understand ourselves, the world around us we do suffer from an early age from an alienation what life is really about.

rrrtv.me

Its not about how good you perform in life but what you gain from life. How good you learn to express yourself in many different ways in this life time. How brave you are to truly explore and be who you are. Furthermore how capable you are to deal with life difficulties without losing the belief in yourself. This often is not taught to us by our parents or in school. Media and news do as well fail in building a strong foundation for people to understand life of what it truly is.

In the last instance many people turn to spirituality around the age of mid 40’s. When we have lived through some difficulties in life, we might gone through childbirth, marriage, divorce, experienced loss, and death in one way or the other, we made it in a job or even lost it once. We suddenly realize that all this somehow made us stronger and more experienced at the same time we do feel more vulnerable. Feeling that life can hit you very unexpected and nothing much you can do about it. One day we are self-confident and we think we can achieve anything the next moment this conviction is gone with the wind. All that is left is the question what is next? And how we are going do deal with it?

Self-confidence is a process from self-exploration and experiences, how we deal with them and how open we are to change? Some people are maybe born with a stronger will to live, some people got a thicker skin than others. A few people know that they asking for assistance or help to deal with certain circumstances is not a crime but very necessary to outgrow old belief systems about the self. Others might turned bitter and given up on life. In all of us there is the potential for greatness and it is up to us what we are going to make of it.

How much can we accept that life is full of unexpected changes? How far can we push ourselves to strive to new heights? Can we forgive ourselves and others for making mistakes? When do we realize that self-confidence is not something that we are born with but something that needs to be trained, brought back into life once it was lost and maybe restored when it has been broken. Understanding what role our parents, teachers, others, the media and society played in shaping the belief in ourselves. It is a slowly process of getting to know yourself better, day by day. Sorting out what you want and what you don’t want, allowing your limitations and dreams to guide you. Realizing a setback is not the end and every day we got the chance to start all over again.

Soulevolution and the course of time

I am working as a medium for a while now and I would like to say that I learnt from some very good teachers. These teachers were important along my way of understanding myself, my own potential and what it means to develop my psychic abilities.

As a natural process over the time I grew out of my teachers and looked for my own answers to a subject I lived all my life and never understood.

The teaching and training years are very important to build a solid foundation for your psychic development. But also the years of personal practice and experience will lead you into a new direction of understanding and questioning. Not everyone who starts out to explore their own psychic abilities is going to be a medium. Or even should not start with only this intention in mind. Furthermore let it be a journey to discover yourself and your unlimited potential as human and spiritual being. May the truth set you free!

If we look back in time, people with psychic abilities or supernatural powers can be found during the history of mankind. In ancient traditions we can find the shamans, the healers and seers, the spiritual leaders of a tribe. In those times people reached out to those shamans for advise, help, assistance and healing. People believed that spiritual guidance was important for their well-being and the survival of the whole tribe. The shamans words were accepted and their wisdom respected as it came from the highest realms of spirit. Not everyone was allowed or destined to be a shaman only a few were chosen by spirit to take on that enormous responsibility.

Many shamans went through a long period of initiation, spend time alone in caves and forests to strengthen their connection with the spirit world. They learnt about plants and their use, tuned into the wisdom of the universe and created rituals to celebrate their connection.

The more time went by the more the human consciousness developed and went through different stages of self-understanding and expression. But also our lifestyle and our understanding of the world has changed and been shaped over the centuries rapidly. We as human race have gone through periods of abundance and poverty, of huge wars and peaceful times. Passed through logical and rational thinking and exploration as well as times of religious fanaticism and blind belief. Till we reached our modern times with all its technology and a new way of scientific understanding of the world.

Birth of Spiritualism till the modern times

If we take a look at the 1850 where the phenomena of the “Hydesville Rappings”(read whole article about the Hydesville Rappings here) appeared in America as one of the first official recorded psychic/physical phenomena to a wider audience all around the world.

A family in America received strange rappings in their house and found out that it was a murdered pedlar who was buried in the basement of the house.

Spiritualism found its beginnings and spread like fire in the newspapers in the USA and swapped over to Europe within a few years. Suddenly everywhere so-called physical phenomena appeared and more and more people opened up to another kind of reality. All over the country, especially in America and the UK people started to go and visit seances where there was contact made with the spirit world. Tables started to turn, furniture were lifted by ghost hands and mediums demonstrated their abilities to give messages from beyond. The western world seemed curious to explore what else was there that the eyes could not see and the mind too limited to comprehend.

When World War I and II hit, the bereaved longed for validation for a life after death. Mediumship was there to help, assist and prove what so many were looking for. People found comfort in the messages they received from their loved ones from the other side during a sitting with a medium. Especially in England mediums had a famous status and where well-known in the public. More and more scientist also showed interest in the exploration of the so-called spirit world and gathered together to explore the subject on a deeper level.

The outbreaks and suffering of two great world wars left the world with deep shock, sadness and desperation. Especially in those times, mediumship rose to another level in which the need of hearing from loved ones who passed over was desperately needed.

A lot of comfort, understanding and compassion was spread with the work of spiritualist mediums and their continuous efforts bringing messages from beyond.

Sadly even during those times, ignorance joined the table and many mediums suddenly were said to be fraud. Therefore many mediums were jailed or put on the Society Stack. The masses pulled away and believed more in what has been written by people who claimed to prove mediumship non-existence. Rather than following the path of self-exploration and experience. Luckily the Spiritual National Union achieved to release the The Witchcraft Act of 1735 remained in force in Britain well into the 20th century, until its eventual repeal with the enactment of the Fraudulent Mediums Act of 1951.

The Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951 was repealed on 26 May 2008 by new Consumer Protection Regulations following an EU directive targeting unfair sales and marketing practices.

It allowed to give mediumship a legal status as a religious belief and classified the demonstration of mediumship in public for entertaining purposes only.

Even today the SNU (Spiritual National Union) offers quality training and a standard for mediumship with the focus on religious point of view more than self-empowerment or the exploration of the soul as individual.

The 60’s – Another consciousness revolution

Another big impact for the raise of consciousness or Soulevolution took place when the american invasion in Vietnam escalated in 1961. Many students, peace activists and leftist intellectuals protested all around the globe together. Slowly but steady the Hippie Revolution, New Age Movement or the Anti-war Revolution started. The first time after so many years that no longer the people would accept cruelty, disempowerment and the torture that another war could bring with it.

Spirituality reached a new expression and as a natural evolution 20 years after the second world war spirituality and religion were finally disconnected. No longer spirituality was tied to a visit of churches and following dogmatic point of views. Furthermore it reached out to masses, to join together and experience spirituality on a totally new level. A powerful movement that led people into self-exploration, inspired new thoughts about humanity combined with mystical and esoteric traditions.

During those times many new ways of exploring own consciousness with psychoactive drugs, music but also spiritual techniques such as yoga and meditation found a place into society.

Unity, Humanity and equality were the new values this movement asked for and would do everything to make itself heard.

Social Ignorance, Materialism, Egoistic behaviour no longer should be the driving force for a society that was too blind to see. A social system that was build up on the trauma of two world wars and the idea that material safety and security would be the only answer for a cruel world.

During those times people of these movements were not afraid to experience themselves in other realities, to step over social restrictions, rebellion and finally the idea of another way of living together as one human race was born.

While the 50’s still focused on new technologies and the comfort of material possessions as an expression of success in life. The 60’s blew this attitude in the wind. Sharing and caring was the new way of life to bring down the concept of separation and inequality.

After the Vietnam war ended in 1975 much was gained such as the Civil Rights Movement in America which allowed black people the same rights as white ones. But also the American Feminist Movement found a new voice and shouted over traditional boundaries. The world had changed and new ideas still moved at the surface of this new society. Unfortunately slowly the hippie movement was soon replaced by the new hunger for oil and its material potential. People slowly turned their faces towards material security again and the stock market offered once again new possibilities for money investments.

New technology especially the first mass market computer in 1964 once again should change the live of so many and as we know today – the world itself. The hunger for more new technology possibilities grew with every step and was based to bring a new understanding for the outside world.

But on the other hand side Spiritual teachers and gurus had a high demand in the early 1980s which came from the revolutionary area of the 60s. Love and Peace seemed to be the only answer to the way of moving humanity forward into a new generation of compassion and understanding for each other. The 80s finally started to bring this understanding for a new fruition. Yoga, Aloe Vera, Meditation, Alternative Therapies and a holistic approach slowly sneaked into the consciousness of a wider audience as a result of the desire for a better understanding of the world and the self.

The 21rst Century – The urge to return to the roots

Coming now into the 21rst Century I feel our urge to return to our spiritual roots. We are very much a society that is fed by the ideas of what screens have to offer. Our food is processed, the people we call heroes are celebrities and nature is something we might now and again experience if we make it away from the comfort of our couch. Reality is something we mostly perceive through the media and its negative news broadcasting. Therefor we feel the world is a place we should be fearful of and which we try to avoid as much as possible.

The world around us might have changed but deep within us we still are the same. Apart from that looking after our bodies in regards of enough sleep and food to keep them alive our soul slowly is dying from the disconnection we created with our environment.

We experience more mental health issues than ever before. Suicide rates are rising daily and the number burn outs can’t be counted anymore. We got everything on the material level and still suffer, how is that possible?

A new understanding – the power within

The answer to that might lay in the understanding that we are more than our bodies and our brains. That there is something within us that doesn’t care about material possessions because it is aware that they are this is an illusion and wont last forever. This something is called your soul. It is that eternal part of yourself that part of your consciousness which survives physical death. The soul longs for true connection with the world, nature and others. That something within you telling you that even if you achieved all you ever dreamt of you might not be happy or healthy.

That something that reminds you that you are not your body, you are not what you have and how many people will praise you. But that silent voice within you saying: “What is it that you truly love? What is it that you are living for? What is it that really counts?”

Humanity might be at a turning point these days once again. Realizing that we can’t go on living like this. We can’t destroy nature and pretending we are not a part of it. We can’t start wars and then turn our back when people are affected by it do ask for help. We can’t deny our personal and global responsibility. On a more personal level this new age will not allow us to get stuck in the wrong relationship, job or life. No longer we can deny our own psychic abilities which are there to guide us on the right path.

No longer we should deny our personal power – the power from within.

Showing us that there is so much more than meets the eye.

Reminding us that we are here to evolve, that we are a spiritual being having a physical experience. Our psychic abilities that do tell us that there is no limitations. Nor space or time. We are able to heal ourselves and others and raise above the detachment of only a physical and material existence.

The healthy integration of these insights could lead to a new Revolution – The Revolution of the Soul.

May the exploration of our personal psychic abilities be the gateway to a new understanding of the self and its limitless potential. I truly wish that more people will discover their unlimited potential and break free from centuries of brainwash and torture, self-denial and giving away their power.

May the exploration and development our own psychic abilities help us to find the truth.

To understand our limitless potential and followed by the understanding that we came here for a reason. To live, explore, expand our very own consciousness and share it with the world.

What is Clairvoyance?

Everybody on this planet can have a clairvoyant experience at one point in their lives but it doesn’t mean that they are born a medium.

Clairvoyance can differ widely in character but also in degree. This can range from regular visions to spasmodic, some people are trained some not. Clairvoyance can happen under command, in the trance or mesmeric state and other experiences happen sudden and unexpected.

In general there are difference in the process of clairvoyance which ranges from mental, astral and etheric sight. And in addition to that in theosophy we classify between simple clairvoyance, clairvoyance in space and clairvoyance in time.

Simple clairvoyance – is the ability or the experience to mere the opening of sight. It enables the possessor to see whatever astral or etheric entities are present at this moment. This ability often is thought to be the most advanced of clairvoyance in circles of less or non experienced people. In truth it is the lowest or simplest form of clairvoyance and can happen to everyone no matter of previous training or mental state/intellect. It is random, not under control, mostly happens unexpected and doesn’t include the power to observe either distant places nor scenes belonging to any other time than present.

Clairvoyance in space – describes the capacity to see scenes or events removed from seer in space, and either too far for distant for ordinary observation or concealed by intermediate objects. This ability requires a lot of training but also a natural ability to do clairvoyance by command. Often remote viewing falls under this category.

Clairvoyance in time – the capacity to see objects or events which are removed from the seer in time, or in other words, the power of looking into the past or the future. This form of clairvoyance is the highest form of clairvoyance. Someone not only needs to be born with a natural ability which than needs to formed and trained. Furthermore a born medium will also undergo the personal mastery and transformation that is necessary to access this form of clairvoyance so it can be used for the highest good.

This requires a lot of self-discipline, knowing thyself, understanding others but also the understanding of the metaphysic of forces behind the veil. Untrained clairvoyance should not be used to guide others in their life because fatal interpretations can cause problems in others peoples lives.
Integrity, dignity, morality but also the knowing that we cant predict the future, we can only point out possible outcomes.

Everybody can have a clairvoyance experience in their lives but it doesn’t mean they are born a medium. Clairvoyance is a complex subject and has to be taken seriously. Not at any time clairvoyance should be used to harm others or bring bad fortune to others.

It requires years of training and learning to expand this ability and bring it under control of the will.

If used in the right way, clairvoyance definitely has an amazing potential to help others. It can bring insights and understanding from a place that is not accessible by everyone all the time. It is a powerful tool that can help people to bring changes into their lives, it can bring healing to the wounded and might let us find what once has been lost.

Normally there are 2 types of Readings mediums can offer.

This depends on the mediums preference, training and spiritual/religious belief in which clairvoyance plays an important part.

1. Mediumship Reading

Gives evidence for life after death. The medium provides evidence for the presence of a loved one. The sitter has the chance to connect with a loved one and hear their message. Can be very healing for those who grief.

2. Psychic (Astral)/Life Reading

Gives insights about a persons life. Can point out problems or situations from the past that affect the present and can give potentialities about future development.
Helps to gain clarity, insight and solutions how to help oneself to deal with a certain problem.

How to find the right medium/psychic?

I have been a medium and healer myself for quite a few years now and I really do love my work. The best thing in my work is that I am able to assist and guide people with my psychic abilities and my spiritual knowledge. It is really rewarding to see how peoples lives have changed after a Reading or a Healing Session.

Not one day is the same and so are not any of my clients are the same, they come to me with different concerns, issues and problems. Unfortunately I also hear again and again about other people working in the psychic/medium field and they do more harm than good. This gives the work of a genuine medium/psychic or healer a really bad name and degrades our honest and hard work to a very low level.

I do believe the problem in the work as a medium/psychic is that there are no standards as such which qualify you as a good or bad medium/psychic. Everyone can call themselves a medium or psychic without even having enough experience, qualifications or done the work on themselves.

Over the years I was lucky enough to work with and learn from some very great mediums. People who have been in the field for many years and also who are working to a very high standard. I have seen them working on platform and also in One-to-One Sessions as well as their courses and workshops when I was their translator. During those times I did learn a lot about what it means to be a good medium/psychic and a lot about myself. I also had a lot of readings from all sorts of mediums/psychics some of them are very well-known and some of the readings were really disappointing and a total waste of time and money.

If I had known what I know now, it would have saved me a lot of bad advice, a lot of time as well as a lot of money.

Based on my personal years of experience working as medium/psychic and healer I created this guide for you. It will highlight a few points that you should ask yourself before looking for a medium or psychic. Other points can help you to check if you found the right medium/psychic for you, so you get most out of your reading.

Questions to ask yourself before you start looking for a medium/psychic:

Ask yourself honestly, why you want to see a medium or psychic? What is your motivation? Are you just curious or you experiencing a crisis in your life and you want some further advice? You might have lost a loved one and you know that some mediums are able to give proof of survival after death, which can be very reassuring.

The answer to the above questions will lead you closer to what you are looking for. If you experience a difficult situation in your life and want some advice of course you can go and see a psychic.
Psychics are more focused on working with your energy, the energy of your soul or akashic records.

A spiritual medium in its classic sense, delivers proof for life after death rather than focusing too much on your personal energy in that present moment. The focus of spiritualist mediums is to give evidence of your loved one from the spiritual world and then to bring you a message (in churches) that would assist you on your way.

Unfortunately many people or even working mediums/psychics are not aware of the difference between mediumship and psychic work. This is often caused due the lack of qualification and standard in their work and dependent on the teachers they have learnt from.

Working on a psychic level is a totally different energy than working on a mediumistic level, but both of them are equally important or worth.

There are mediums who will ask why you contacted them and its okay to say that you have a certain problem or question (but don’t name the problem or question) that is the mediums/psychic job to find out. But say it might has to do with your life or you are in need to speak to someone who has passed over into the spiritual world.

Do you want to see a medium/psychic in person or would you be okay to do a Skype session?

Many people do prefer to see a medium or psychic in person rather than a Skype session and there is nothing wrong with that. But our modern technology offers some amazing opportunities we should not miss out.

In general for the medium it doesn’t matter if you sit in front of them in real life or on the other side of a computer screen. Energy doesn’t have any limitations nor boundaries and a reading can be as good as in when you meet in person. I do a lot of Skype readings for people all over the world but also in person and never felt that it wouldn’t work better the one way or the other.

Furthermore I do believe that if we only focus on a medium who lives close by we do limit ourselves and our opportunities to find the right medium for us. There is maybe a medium in Australia you really feel drawn to but you are based in Germany, so why not try a Skype session?

There are also areas around the world where there maybe not many mediums around, especially in some countries where mediums not really common. It doesn’t mean that you should limit yourself rather than opening up to new opportunities.

Hunting for the right medium/psychic

So here we go, you clarified what you expect from a reading if you are looking for a reading about yourself which is then psychic (Life Reading, Akashic Records Reading, Psychic Reading, Soul Reading).

Or you are looking to gain some proof for life after death and needed to hear from a loved one in the spirit world that would be a mediumistic reading. Now you can go out and look for the right medium for you.

1. Ask your friends for recommendations

Best and easiest way is to ask your friends if anybody has ever been to a medium/psychic and could recommend someone. Recommendations are direct experiences and always good to start with. But keeping in mind that not every medium/psychic resonates with the same person. It might was good for your friend but you think it is not the right medium/psychic for you. Trust that feeling and keep on looking.

2. Check the mediums/psychic website

Its important to do some research and best for that is online. You can use google for the start and type in medium/psychic whether in your area or somewhere else. Check out the websites you find and see if it resonates with you.

a) Does the mediums/psychics picture appeal to you?

b) Are there any testimonials or reviews on the website?

c) Does the medium/psychic explain the way it works or does it only talk about

itself and how great he/she is?

d) Are there any contact details to get in touch with the medium/psychic before

booking a reading?

e) Does the way the medium/psychic present itself resonate with you? Or is it

too spaced out?

3. Check the pricing

Often the websites don’t give away a lot of information on the pricing and that is totally fine. It often can mean that the medium/psychic only works with committed people who actually make the effort to contact them.
Or the medium/psychic wants to decide if she/he can work with you after speaking to you. It allows time to get to know each other before a session gets booked.

Unfortunately there is no real guidelines with the pricing, some really expensive mediums are totally crap and some others very good mediums don’t charge a lot. So you can’t say that expensive is always good or cheap is always bad.

Most of the well-known mediums just got a good marketing company but it doesn’t mean that they do extraordinary work. On the other hand side I truly believe that being a genuine medium/psychic is a very valuable work and hard work but many people don’t see it as such.

If you want quality and you set your intentions towards it, I am sure you will be guided the right way.

4. Getting in touch with your medium/psychic

Once you made a decision and you found a medium/psychic of you choice its time to contact them. Do yourself and the medium a favour and have your questions at hand if you got any. So much time is wasted and emails been sent from people to us psychic/mediums with loads of unnecessary questions, pictures and asking for free readings.

Working in this field can sometimes be a bit tricky because people have all sorts of ideas about mediums/psychics.

A genuine medium/psychic will happily answer your questions when you make contact and will help to clarify your concerns if you have any.

If you don’t feel that is the case than you might not with the right medium/psychic then.

Once you happy with your first contact you can go ahead in booking a session via Skype or in person. Keeping in mind that mediums/psychics do this work for their living not for fun, means that you should keep the appointment you arranged or if you have to cancel as early as possible.

Some mediums ask for a deposit upfront as a sign of commitment for the appointment. Ask for their cancellation policy just to make sure you understood everything alright.

5. Be honest

It can happen during a reading that the medium might not picking up on your question or greatest desire. It is important to tell the medium that you are not happy with the reading within the first 10min of your reading. It gives the medium/psychic time to tune into you/or the spiritual world again to see what else is there to talk about.

You should be allowed to ask questions at any time and also keeping in mind that sometimes we hear things that we needed to hear but we don’t want to hear. This can be part of the reading as well. But most important, do speak up if you feel the reading is not for you or its going the wrong way!!!

In general just keep in mind the universal law of like attracts like. If you do your research with the right intentions I am sure you will find the right medium for you.

Cosmic Pain and interconnectedness – even Nikola Tesla spoke about it already in 1899

Have you ever felt all of a sudden upset, weary, uncertain or even depressed without even knowing where it would come from? Than you are definitely an Empath and these kind of emotions probably one of your daily experiences.

isightinfo.com

It is everything than easy to be an Empath and life can get even more difficult if we try to suppress or deny our faculty to feel. Empaths are naturally born sensitive people and there is nothing abnormal about that. I even would like to say that everyone is born an Empath, because everyone was born to feel. In addition to that I do believe that this naturally born ability to feel – what others feel is not a gift but a part of our survival. Humans are social beings and daily interaction with others is as important as the air to breath. Apart from the times when we feel to withdraw from the world to find some comfort and peace in solitude. Through our need to socialize and interact with others for our own well-being we also will discover that we feel more comfortable around certain people than others.

That we seek out places that naturally feed our own sensitivity if we want to stay balanced and healthy. Overcrowded, noisy and fast changing places are not part of our natural desire to live because we can easily lose ourselves. By losing oneself I would like to refer to the idea that there is a certain balance mentally, emotionally and physically in which we have a feeling for who we are. A state of mind in which we clearly can define ourselves and feel the boundaries with others.

On the other hand side we also were given the ability to sense frequencies that go beyond our logical understanding. Well at least as long as we have developed an understanding what it means to be connected to everything and everyone on this planet. We are able to perceive emotions and thoughts of other people who are around us but also from people very far away. A mother instinctively knows when one of her children suffers or is not well. The mother bond is probably one of the strongest but birth related bonds we can have. The phenomena to feel that someone is struggling or going through  difficulties is not only restricted to a mother and her child. Furthermore it can be experienced by close friends, lovers, siblings or anyone else we have a close connection with. It is something natural and happens everyday but most of the time we don’t spend much attention or we just wash it off. We just don’t follow our own feelings or we don’t trust them.

In many cases it makes itself seen in situations like, suddenly we think of a certain person and do feel might the desire to ask them how they are doing? After a while of pros and cons we finally get in touch with that person, or even the person gets in touch with us. And we come to realize what we felt was right and the person we thought of is struggling at the moment. These experiences can be surprisingly, amazing and lead to a deeper connection with each other. This is the gift of an empath and can become the beginning of someone’s own psychic experiences.

But there are times in which we might feel a certain uncomfortable feeling and we not able to place it anywhere. A sudden sadness, despair or hopelessness overcomes us and there seem to be no place to go. We might try the strategy of naming the origin of the feeling and after calling all family members and friends we still haven’t found it yet. Normally when we found out to whom the feeling belonged it will disappear quickly but there are moments when it doesn’t disappear and we sit there thinking…what the hell is going on?

From my own experience but also from the research I did over the years I found a lovely word for the unexplainable. Its called “Cosmic Pain”. The great inventor Nikola Tesla used it in one of his interviews from 1899.

Tesla:

When a man becomes conscious; that his highest goal must be to run for a shooting star and tries to capture it; shall understand that his life was given to him because of this and will be saved. Stars will eventually be capable of catching!

JOURNALIST: And what will happen then?
TESLA: The creator will laugh and say: ”It fall only that you chase her and grab her.”

JOURNALIST: Isn’t all of this contrary to the cosmic pain, which so often you mention in your writings? And what is it cosmic pain?
TESLA: No, because we are on Earth … It is an illness whose existence the vast majority of people are not aware of. Hence, many other illnesses, suffering, evil, misery, wars and everything else what makes human life an absurd and horrible condition. This disease cannot be completely cured, but awareness shall make it less complicated and hazardous. Whenever one of my close and dear people were hurt, I felt physical pain. This is because our bodies are made as of similar material, and our soul related to unbreakable strands. Incomprehensible sadness that overwhelmed us at times means that somewhere, on the other side of this planet, a child or generous man died. The entire Universe is in certain periods sick of itself, and of us. Disappearance of a star and the appearance of comets affect us more than we can imagine. Relationships among the creatures on the Earth are even stronger, because of our feelings and thoughts the flower will scent even more beautiful or will fall in silence. These truths we must learn in order to be healed. Remedy is in our hearts and evenly, in the heart of the animals that we call the Universe.”

So he states that we are so connected on this whole planet that we can feel and get upset when something wrong in the world is happening. We are all born the same way, the same desires, longings such as love, harmony, belonging and safety. Means that we all striving for the same thing and we will feel when something happens that doesn’t resonate with it. It is not only that we feel tragic events happening when they are actually happening but there are people who can sense things like earthquakes, tsunamis and other disasters before they actually happen.

My mother is one of these people and often got really upset for no reason. She suddenly withdrew from the world for a while and took time to feel what there was to feel. I never really understood what was wrong with her and even when I did asked she didn’t give me an answer. Just in later years my mother opened up to me and said: “Julie, I feel so sad. I think something tragic is going to happen.” Two days later a Tsunami hit the coast of Japan and damaged the Atomic Power plant seriously.

This experience can even be more intensified when wrong doings go against a majority of people or a majority of people become to know about it. Our present time is a brilliant example if we take a closer look at the Donald Trump problem. I can’t even imagine how many thoughts, fears, and emotions he triggers daily in people’s minds and heads. Even if you are currently not really affected by his presidency you might still feel a bit uncertain, insecure, angry or drawn to read about his latest undertakings.

So we can be affected by others from near and far because all is made of energy. We can suffer when people we love suffer but also people on the other side of the planet. There is no time and space, no boundaries and borders in our connectedness because we are one race. We are human beings. Sometimes this connection can be very hard to carry and we easily lose ourselves, especially when we can’t tell any more what is us and what is the other. We can‘t protect ourselves from this overwhelming feelings when tragic things are happening or going happen. This is our cosmic pain or collective pain we experience. We will experience our own hopeless and helplessness and we will learn how to integrate these in our lives. But in addition to that we can also furthermore become aware of its potential. We suddenly can become aware of the power we have and how this can affect others and the world.

Means, if we can feel what others feel, people also can pick up on our energy. So we can influence with our thoughts, feelings and actions other people even if they are not around. Sending prayer and blessings is one positive thing we can do for ourselves and others. But also if we finally start loving ourself, aligning ourself with the universal harmony we soon will see how others are attracted to us and furthermore how things can change. People will always be drawn to positive energy and harmony as this is our deepest desire and expression as human beings.

Within all this cosmic pain and our shared humanity we will come to the realization that – what we heal in ourselves we actually heal in others too.

The difference between ghosts and spirits (video)

The unknown has always called for our attention and we happily followed that call and explored a lot of new territory. Exploring what lies behind our normal senses, in other realms or even in the dark is an adventure many of us a curious about.
More and more Ghost hunters, paranormal investigators but also a lot of horror movies found their ways into the media and therefore in our living rooms.

We see people talking to the dead, listen to Poltergeist phenomena, follow investigators to haunted places. We know that we are save over there on our sofa and not quite sure about what to make of all that?

Unfortunately or luckily people tend to believe what they see and often that is only half of the story. Yes, there is a life after physical death, yes spirit communication is possible and yes poltergeist phenomena can appear but….

Who is who and what does that mean?

In this video I try to give an explanation of the difference between ghosts and spirits.

Ghosts

Being trained by Spiritualists I came across a lot of things that I couldn’t explain in the first place. Experiences that blew my mind and did open up my mind to a new kind of reality.

I also learnt that there is a difference between intelligent spirit communication and the phenomena of ghosts.
Ghosts are energetic memory left overs which are still left in a property or in an area. These energies or better say energetic blueprints are not alive they are only shadows from the past. Silent reminders of what once happened in a certain place. It is possible to step into these kind of energetic memories even without our knowing and when we are very sensitive our mind and body will respond to these energetic left overs. We might feel, see or even hear things with our clairsenses. That means that no one else apart from us does see, hear or feel these things.

That can even be very uncomfortable feelings especially if someone died a tragic death, been tortured or abused. Stepping into the energy field of the property these memories will become alive again through our heightened senses. Therefore Ghosts are not alive.

Spirits

While spirits instead are very much alive in another dimension, on another frequency which is still invisible for our physical eyes. But we can sense their energy when they are around. And yes they also can produce physical phenomena to make themselves heard.

A spirit is an intelligent being and can respond to questions. The way of the response can vary of the spirits own conscious evolution on the other side.
As much we need to heightened our senses and tune into another frequency the spirits need to lower their vibration too, so that communication can take place. Often that happens through a spiritual medium.

It is very important to keep in mind that we are dealing with intelligent beings and treat the with respect.  Unfortunately through the media we got the impression that any spirits are bad, angry or just there to haunt people. But that is not true. Many spirits trying to make themselves heard because they want to bring a message across to someone. This message can include words of healing, comfort or some unfinished business with someone here on earth. Somehow it feels sometimes that both sides do have the desire to understand and make peace with each other so the spirit can finally move on.
Sometimes in cases of tragic events we can experience spirits that are confused, restless or angry. Some of them still trapped between the world or for some reason earthbound. I want to believe that even spirits need to take time to realize what happened to their physical appearance and they need time to adjust to the new surroundings.

Some mediums are specialized in helping spirits to find their way into the light and some people say that is nonsense.
I think that everyone needs to find their own meaning about that whatever resonates with you.

But most important let us not forget the difference between a intelligent spirit and a silent witness of tragic events – a ghost. So we might come a bit closer to the truth that we so long for.

Further Research

For people who are interested in some more research I can recommend the SNU (Spiritual National Union) in England.
It definitely has their own view on things but in general it is a very much down to earth approach to promote Spiritualism as a science, philosophy and religion ( Evidence for life after death).
Some of the best mediums are trained with the SNU and this was also how I started my training years ago. Many very famous people have been part of the SNU movement and contributed to spreading of the truth all around the world.
http://www.snu.org.uk/

One of the most well-known promoters and members probably has been Arthur Conan Doyle who wrote the Sherlock Holmes stories. Here is a great video in which he talks about Spiritualism here..

The beginning of modern Spiritualism was about 1848 with the incident called the Hydesville Rappings. If you want to read the full story have a look here

The wounded healer – how we can find meaning in suffering

We are all wounded just by being born into a physical body, we experience our first form of separation. The separation from the spiritual realms where we once came from and so long to return to – some of us for a lifetime.

Friedrich Nietzsche stated in one of his quotes: To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.” and the wounded healer knows what that means.

Yes, we all are wounded and the older we get the bigger the wounds and deeper the scars. There is no way around making experiences which are accompanied by the pain of realization. The realization that things not always the way we thought they would be. That people are not always what they seem to be. And that growing older and ageing is not only a physical process but also a mental and emotional one. Within these experiences we will discover the feelings of separation, abandonment, isolation, betrayal, abuse and it will leave us, speechless, heartbroken and doubting ourselves. We might sometimes wonder how much we still able to take on? How much more pain we can cope with?

Why do we need to go through all this? Why?

Often we are unable to find any answers, all we have is the pain that penetrates deep down into our hearts and souls. We lose ourselves in a spiral of questioning, doubting and not knowing what to do. The only solution to finally avoid the pain, is to avoid life we think. Once we do so, we start to lose ourselves in drugs, work, opinions, convictions, any kind of addictions and very often even in others. As long as it numbs the pain we welcome any distraction that is offered to us.

The more we experience the more we build a wall around our hearts, souls and bodies. Day by day the wall gets a bit taller, a bit tighter just to make sure that the next time we won’t get too much hurt again.

But we totally forget that the bricks we use for building our walls are made of disappointment, hurt, distrust, fear, doubts and misunderstanding. All these things we so desperately would like to get rid off, are clinging to us like a child to its mother. We are convinced that life is hard, painful and full of suffering. This is often all we see.

And while we spend our lives in jobs we don’t like, relationships that are non-supportive or even toxic, running after the false values like status and money, we pretend to be fine. We hold on because of fear and we are far too scared to do only one step into the unknown. Slowly but steady our suppressed emotions will find ways to express itself in physical, mental or emotional issues and illness. The symptoms are clear, we are angry, fed up, tired, exhausted, we are burnt out we are ready to give up.

We all will experience such a point in our lives, some of us even more than once.

The wounded healer awakens

In the midst of crisis, lies great opportunities”

– Albert Einstein

This is true, if we only could see it as such but that is probably the hardest part. We might got hurt by the realization that life is not what we thought it would be and within this there lies an ocean of opportunities. Great opportunities to see life from a different perspective. But it lies alone in our very own responsibility if we hold on to our past memories and build our wall full of frustration and pain. Or we might explore a chance that whatever hurt us can be released if we allow it to do so. What if we discover that we might shaped and formed by our past but we can transform ourselves in the present moment and therefore build a brighter future. This is the path of the wounded healer – this might the path of all of us. Rather then avoiding the pain, the uncomfortable feeling of suffering and turn it into a force of transformation. For ourselves and others.

Once we decide to look within and honestly allow anything that resides there to stay. Just for the moment we will accept that people disappointed us, that life did hurt us. Only for now we try not to run away but take a deep breath and accept whatever is. Healing takes place. The moment we stop to change things or make them undone we align ourselves with their existence and they will transform.

The moment you accept who you are – totally – and fully with all your flaws, weaknesses and insecurities – you will transform.

Let the pain become your friend, let it sit with you at the table, let it be painful.

But most important of all – don’t run away from it.

Once you sat in and with your pain, once you accepted its existence, once you treated it as a friend it will start talking to you.

It will tell you a lot of things. Who has caused it, where, when, how and suddenly it all comes to the surface again. Like a movie the scenes are flickering in the blink of an eye and you can feel it deep down in your heart. It hurts.

Maybe even after years and years, once you befriend yourself with your pain it seems like yesterday. It burns and turns, it screams and shouts, it rages and fights. Like a fire, it will burn everything into your conscious mind.

And all you have to do is to hold the torch while you walk through the dark, knowing you will survive.

The healing journey

The wounded healer longs for this journey all his life because he/she has not forgotten about his origin. Deep within his/her soul he/she knows that life maybe is suffering but at the same time – life is the healer.

by pinterest.com

Once we have awaken to realize that everything is made of energy and that is what we truly are, we finally will find direction. We will follow the call which is pulling us away from any concepts created by man. We will start out searching for answers, understanding and might along the way we will come across the truth.

Suddenly we will clearly see how everything is connected with everything, that coincidences don’t exist and we create our own reality. We will understand that attachment is not only a word but an energetic string we need to release if we want to be free. Free from the past and all we learnt and still hold on to. Letting go of our educated minds and the fixed ideas how life supposed to be. We will set out on a journey that will bring us back to the point where we once started. We have to walk through old pain and suffering again only to learn how to let it go.

Along the way we will deeper and deeper discover the truth that has always been hidden within us. We will seek out the right people at the right time, we will learn that our heart needs to be cracked open again so we can overcome fears, face our demons and sit with our pain.

We will ask to try new things, open our minds, start all over again so we can finally transform and heal. From the concept we carried with us for far too long. Layer after layer we let go of what was has been and welcome the new. Our journey from the dark will constantly lead to the light.

More and more we will understand the power within and the power on the outside. We will embrace the meaning of change and the importance of being honest with ourselves. The more clarity we seek the more we will find what we been asking for. Till we one day, resurrect under all the broken pieces and rise from the ground like the phoenix from the ashes.

From suffering to spiritual meaning

Once we made it all the way and we explored our own suffering and pain we are ready for the next step. We survived, we have gone through it, we transformed. Here we stand, naked in our very own truth, knowing what it means to heal oneself – we finally ready to heal others.

The wounded healers path is the path of transformation, of self realisation and exploration. Once we have integrated what we left out for far too long we will find peace. Once we faced what we suppressed and we appreciated what we first denied, we are there. Able to sit with our own pain, we are able to sit with the pain of others. Able to name our own wounds, we are finally able to name the wounds of others.

This is how we return where we once started, finally we remember who we really are. We transformed our suffering into understanding. And by assisting others to heal we will experience the meaning of our own suffering. The wounded healer turned his/her wound of separation into the healing power of compassion and the emptiness has transformed into the abundance of opportunities to seek for integration.

Psychic and Mediumship Readings – what is the difference? (video)

A spiritual Reading can be a life transforming experience not only it opens up our minds to a totally new reality but also can be the light we so desperately seeking for in troubled times.
By light I would like to refer to the idea that we all at some points in our live are confused, uncertain or unsure about certain situations in our live.
We are might stuck in a situation, experienced a life changing event or just looking for some answers to do with a specific happening in our lives. During these times the meeting with a medium can be very helpful. A spiritual reading can empower us, it can add clarity to a confused situation or even give some comfort or healing.
There are different types of readings that is dependent on the clients needs and the mediums specificiation. But basically there is a psychic form of readings but also a mediumship one.
There are  mediums who offer different kind of spiritual guidance, give it different names but it will be at least one of the above kind of readings or a mix of both.

Psychic Reading

A psychic reading is the process of receiving information through/from  the clients/sitters energetic body – the aura.

Everything we ever experienced, thought, felt or seen will have an energetic imprint, will be stored in our aura. A medium is able to pick up on these information and can use it as a foundation for some spiritual guidance. Psychic Mediums also sometimes can use tools such as Tarot Cards, Flowers, Psychometry ( things the client has worn such as jewellery etc.) Palm of Hands, Tea leafs, crystal ball,  colours ….to receive inspiration and information about the client.

Mediumship Reading
When someone seeks to hear from a loved one who already passed over it is good to see a medium who does mediumship readings. In a mediumship reading the working medium connects with the spiritual realms, to be an energetic transmitter between these two worlds. Often people who suffer from a traumatic loss, grieving or just find themselves with a lot of unanswered questions about life after death, seek out a medium for that kind of reading.
During a mediumship reading the working medium will give evidence about the person who passed over so the sitter/client can be sure that her/his loved one is around. But furthermore important it is a proof that our consciousness does exist after physical death.

Both reading types are equally important and can help the client/sitter to clarify questions, find some guidance, comfort or healing. Depending on the clients enquiry the working medium should focus on the strongest need of the client and then choose between a mediumship or psychic reading. Or ask the client/sitter what type or reading he/she prefers.

In addition to that during a mediumship reading there also could be some delivery of philosophy or spiritual wisdom take place. These often come from other guides in the spiritual realm to offer the sitter/client comfort or a broader point of view on things.

There is also another form of reading which I have discovered during my Mentorship program with the great medium Tony Stockwell. We came to the conclusion that there is even another possible “Reading Style” and this is called “Soul Reading”. A Soul reading focuses on the clients/sitters Soul purpose and why he/she has reincarnated into this world at this time. Everyone has a soul mission, a purpose, a desire to fully explore itself and express itself freely. This kind of subjects, questions are represented in a Soul Reading when the working medium connects with the clients/sitters soul.

In general there is no specification on what kind of readings a medium should do. Some people feel more drawn to certain kind of readings than others for different reasons. At the end it comes down to the working medium what kind of style it follows and how he/she can offer the best advice to their sitter/clients.
