How to manifest through Mercury Retrograde?

Today we are stepping into Mercury going Retrograde till the 11th of December (even the after phase will take a bit longer than that). This event marks something that is happening every year at least 3 or 4 times and generally nothing to worry about as such.

It doesn’t matter if you are into astrology or you don’t believe in something like that – you will feel the energetic shift. Allowing yourself to accept what Mercury Retrograde has to offer, will allow you to move more smoothly during this phase.

What is happening during Mercury Retrogade?

Generally speaking, Mercury does affect our “logical” brains in a way that we are asked to think twice because everything seems to be a bit diffuse. Mercury in Astrology is to be seen as the planet of every day-to-day expression and communication. When it goes Retrograde our ability to think logically, express ourselves openly and our overall communication might experience a slow down. Things we say might misunderstood by others and our logical minds are going into a more reflection mood. This phase is very important for our personal Soul-evolution, to take things more slowly and check in with ourselves what actually is going on. It means that we should not rush into new things, sign contracts before reading them five times and allow ourselves to reflect and dwell on things before making decisions. In addition to that technology might slow down or break down as well as there might be issues regarding travelling to expect. But keep in mind, what you send out will come back to you. So stay positive and think you will manage, no matter what.!!!

 The law of attraction

Of course most of us have heard of the law of attraction and many of us working with it as well. Some of us might have had good results and others might not. There are thousands of books out there regarding this subject and all of them do bear some truth. But not one of them will tell you the real truth ( at least I haven’t found it yet)

Yes, our thoughts do have the power to attract things into our lives. No matter of negative or positive. This kind of thinking is thought to be a spiritual thing and not much attention was given towards that from “not so spiritual” people but that is slowly changing. More and more, science is finding its way into exploring how thoughts actually create reality and also how things, we give enough mental energy to, suddenly willingly or unwillingly do manifest in our lives. I am sure of that, that soon Quantumphysics will find the answer to this.

We know that if we imagine or focus enough on a certain thing we desire – it eventually come into our lives. Thoughts are nothing more than electromagnetic information we continuously send out to the universe or the world. The more we put energy into our thoughts the more than likely they will eventually appear in some way or the other in our lives.

You can easily see this in your own life. Just think about what you actually truly believing about yourself and how the world around you will respond to this. For example if you don’t love yourself or respect yourself you will easily find people around you to do exactly this to you.They will disrespect you or bring you in situations that confirm what you thinking about yourself anyway.

Another example could be, if you truly believe that you deserve this or that, with no doubts, it suddenly appears in your life! So the more energy we put into our manifestation the more likely it is going to happen.

But there for sure there is a downfall to this and this is of course – ourselves. The power of our manifestation also very much depends on how we have mastered ourselves, not only mentally but also emotionally. If you want to manifest something and a few hours later you doubt it – you take away the energy you just put in.

In addition to that – how many times have you heard that you only need to think positive about something and it will happen. Have you ever tried to stay totally positive for even 2 days? Nearly impossible, as we are going through all sorts of emotions daily. Well there is more to it than just positive thinking to truly manifesting things into your life.

 The right timing for manifestation

It is manifesting at the right time! This will not only double your power but you also use the forces of the universe to fuel your manifestation.

I do work very close with the #mooncycle to choose right timing to manifest every day things into my life. The moon cycle shows us when its time to attract things into our lives and when to let them go. The law of manifestation is based on the law of magnetism, nothing less and nothing more.

The moon has powerful magnetic forces that are visible and tangible in the world. On a personal level but also on an environmental level (tides, the weather etc).

So generally speaking if you would like to manifest things in your life or attract them do it in the first quarter and second quarter of the moon – leading up to Full Moon.

After that you can use the moons power to release things you don’t want anymore.

 Mercury Retrograde and Manifestation

I explained before how important the power of our own minds is to manifest things and circumstances in our life. We need to learn to control our minds through meditation and other exercise if we want to get more powerful.

Now coming into Mercury Retrograde Phase we will have problems to concentrate and use our full potential with our minds.

To find a way around this and still making the law of manifestation work for us more easily, I do recommend to go into deep meditation. Once we mastered the connection to the higher self, we gain access to another plane. We raise above our logical mind and are coming into the spheres of the higher mind. This can mean that we don’t know actually what we are manifesting as such, or better say we don’t write the rules for our manifestation. In this we sink into a state of surrendering to the universe, asking and knowing it will provide what we do need at the moment without us interfering.

For some of us that can be a real challenge as we tend to control everything in our lives. But this is an amazing opportunity to connect to some higher wisdom we normally wouldn’t be able to reach so easily. We might also take this chance of mercury retrograde to exactly explore higher realms by leaving the logical, everyday mind aside.

It is okay if you struggle with this concept or if its new to you. The ancient wisdom has been hidden for a long time but we have reached a point where we no longer can deny the truth. We all got the ability to manifest, to create our own reality and shape life. But we need to make the effort, put the work in and especially learn to master ourselves to be able to work with the true laws of the universe!

Looking back after all these years of training, learning, studying and working as a medium and healer I know that I found my purpose. This is what I came here to do and even from an early age I was aware of my gifts but not sure how to use them. Born and raised in Germany, my mother a homeopath and my dad a business manager I found myself torn between my occupation and my calling. I already used my first tarot cards when I was 12 years and did “fun” readings for my friends but never thought that I was really gifted in that way. As much as my parents tried to give me a solid foundation in life and asked me to learn a proper job I soon found out that being a visual merchandiser wouldn’t make me happy at all.

I had to follow my own path and find out what my purpose here on earth was. When I was 18 I started travelling the world and meeting people I wouldn’t have met if I would have stayed where I grew up. It took me nearly seven years of searching, travelling and doubting my path till I reached the Arthur Findlay College. It was there where I started my medium & healing education on a serious level when I turned 27 which was in 2011.

Since 2014 I live permanently in the UK.

Since then I learnt as much as I could possible gain from many different teachers at the Arthur Findlay College, many of them very well-known and acknowledged mediums and healers. I learnt from people like Paul Jacobs, John Johnson, Andy Byng, Stella Upton, Kitty Wood, Jacky Wright, Biaggio Tropeano, Lynn Parker.

In 2015 I finished my Mentorship program with certified “Medium of Excellence” from Tony Stockwell.

I studied Spiritualism with the Spiritualist National Union from 2012 – 2015 to give me a good foundation and knowledge about the origins and phenomena of Spiritualism.

Moon Report “Attraction & Manifestation” 11. June – 17. June 2018

The law of Attraction or the power of Manifestation are known to mankind of for many hundreds of years. Often it was regarded as magic and still some people do think that you have to be very spiritual to make use of these powers. As time has moved on and we no longer “hopefully” burn witches on a stake we can also slowly let go of the thought that these laws or powers have anything to do with magic as we know it. Furthermore we slowly can opening up to the idea that there are laws maybe even physical laws out there that do have a certain cause and effect. This is not religious or spiritual talk furthermore we are speaking science.

The power of the moon with is magnetic force and influence on the earth and human as well as the weather and animals are known for thousands of years. We can even say that back in the day the moon was and still is responsible for our survival. It rules the weather, it influences our body, mind and spirit, if we do believe that or not.

By understanding the universal laws, learning about the power of gravity and magnetism we slowly enter into a knowledge that wasn’t accesible to us in this way before.

In my weekly Moon Reports I do try to bring this ancient and same time modern knowledge into the world and sharing my wisdom with everyone who wants to hear it. I am not claiming that I know everything but I confidently say that I have studied the movements of the planets and its influence on the earth and can say: “Yes, it does work. And yes it is powerful”.

Moon Report “Reflection” 4th June – 10th June 2018

The moon takes approx. 28.5 days to cycle around the earth. On this journey she also passes through each sign of the zodiac and this combination has a tangible influence on our personal lives.

Dependent on which quarter we are passing, it is beneficial to focus on one area in our lives to make necessary changes. In combination with the zodiac the energies can be very helpful to gain insights, attract certain things into our lives but also to reflect on certain subject that might require change.

Loving yourself – The new Superpower

There are huge discussions about the subject of self-love these days and so many voices encourage this kind of powerful act of self-empowerment.

Even the media have realized that being different and an individual is something that sales in our new modern approaching times. Be who you are and be proud of that.

This new shift of energies towards self-acceptance and empowerment is to see and there is so much more to come. We are invited to be truly ourselves and show it to the world, no matter what. But how many of us do really know who they are?

Self-love isn’t about being overweight and trying not caring what other people think. Real Self-love is truly accepting yourself without the opinion of others.

Self-love is not suffering from mental health issues and telling people openly about it because its now widely accepted in society. Real Self-love is about asking for help if you suffer and loving yourself for your vulnerability. Knowing that every person on this planet goes through this, its a part of being human.

Self-love is not only to appreciating our flaws and a random act of kindness towards ourselves. Self-love is 24/7 available, it is something that we can give to ourselves, every moment and minute of time.

Self-love is a real superpower that will change your life forever.

Many people think that self-love starts in the moment when you actually give a shit about what other people think of you. Some people think only if they start caring less, than self-love would take place within their lives.

Self-love is, caring more – not about what others may think – but what you actually thinking about yourself.

I would like to say that self-love starts with the moment you decide to take care of yourself. Taking care of yourself for me does include the full spectrum of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.  Every part is interconnected with another part within ourselves and therefore can positively influence each other. So if we start treating one part with love and kindness, the rest will follow and benefit from it.

The moment in which you make a commitment to yourself that from today on you will be looking after yourself, no matter what, the transformation will begin.

You will start to accept your limitations and will not give more than you have resources available. You will start to honour your body and its needs. You will give yourself a mental break if you need to, you will learn to be patient and gentle with yourself and furthermore you find ways to enjoy life, no matter what.

To make it easier for you, I created these guidelines or principles that will help you to stay focused and true to your mission of self-love.

1. Love yourself first

Loving yourself first is a very tricky thing and many of us do really struggle to do that. We easily give our unconditional support and love to family and friends but very rarely to ourselves. Thinking if we would say no, we would be self-fish or a bad person. Deep within we might suffer from the thought that we find our worth in sacrificing ourselves for others. Only when we are needed – we are worthy.

Especially women struggle to set healthy boundaries and get some real me time! But as the Buddhists say:  “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” Which means, that how can we give truly love to others if we don’t love ourselves first? And by saying that I don’t mean accepting yourself for who you are, or the way you look, but to give yourself first what you really need. Time out, holiday, good food, exercise, fun and days out, rest or sleep, but furthermore start actively asking yourself, what is it what I do need now? Act accordingly.

2. Learn to say NO – if you want to

How many of us do suffer from the fear of rejection and its consequences? The weird look of others, the withdrawing of love and affection or even the argument that follows once we decided to set boundaries for our own good. If you truly want to start loving yourself you will need to stop thinking it is possible to please everybody. You will need to learn to say NO and be okay with its consequences. You can do that! If you fail to set healthy boundaries with others, you will suffer for sure. You will exhaust yourself, get frustrated and allow others to take away your power. You are in control. Make use of it. Setting boundaries is a very important step towards self-love and very empowering. Let go of the illusion that everybody needs to clap when you start saying No, they will not. But your inner self will clap for you endlessly and reward you with a lot more to come.

3. Start Respecting yourself – and others will respect you too

This is a very common problem and I come across it many times within my work as healer and medium. Many people complain about that they are not being respected at work, in a relationship, or in their family. These people don’t realize that others won’t pay respect, if we don’t start showing respect towards ourselves first. Respecting yourself is a massive step towards self-love and has many aspects. Such as resting when you want to, leave when you feel uncomfortable, tell people not to speak in a certain way with you and not allow anybody to take away your peace of mind. Ask yourself honestly, how shall others respect you if you don’t respect yourself in the first place?

This means to be aware of how you talk to yourself, how often you do respect your own limitations or respect yourself just for the way you are?

Once you set these rules in motion you will see how others automatically will come and respect you. The energy within you will be expressed on the outside world. This is how the magic works!

4. Be Honest with yourself

This is so important and I just can’t highlight it enough. Be honest, no matter what!!! Being honest with yourself is a really huge step towards your self-love because it means that you are going to be clear with yourself and others. No more delusional denial, no more blindly following what’s been said if it doesn’t feel right for you. No more trying to make things work if they just not worth the try.

At the beginning that can bring you into a bit of a mess or chaos in your life, but if you truly want to commit to self-love and improve your life you will need to go through this stage. It will help you to sort out your relations in your private and working life. It will help you to gain a deeper connection and understanding of the true, the whole you! Dare to be honest and start with yourself. The gains will be massively rewarding.  Being honest and clear takes courage. It will help you to stand your ground and stand up for what you believe in. It will add clarity into your life and help you to come straight to the point. It saves you a lot of energy and time and also you can finally stop over thinking stuff!!!

5. Treat yourself – not only once in a while

How often have we heard of others, ohhh you should treat yourself to this or that? And at the end we backed out thinking, aww I will do it tomorrow or next time when we got more money or whatsoever. The time is always now and that counts for self-love too. There is always an opportunity to treat yourself for a nice walk, a good book, some time away, a piece of chocolate cake, a nice new piece of clothes, a concert or movie, a nice meal or yoga class.

Treating yourself has many aspects and should include the whole spectrum of body, mind and spirit. Sometimes we should get treated by others, like receiving a gift or an invitation, getting a massage or else. And often enough it is time to ask ourselves how can we treat ourselves? What can we do to show gratitude towards our physical, mental, emotional or spiritual self? What is it that we do need right now?

6. Commit to truly being yourself

This is probably the most drastic step you can take towards self-love, to commit to truly being yourself. Once you step into this powerful commitment you will see how the world will change within and around you. There is no need to say, no matter what others people think because you want to focus on yourself not on others. It’s not about not caring what others think, but its about caring more  what you actually think about yourself.


You came into this life to truly be yourself, to find yourself and to express yourself fully. This is your birthright and everybody’s birthright. There is no need to fear what others think or act aggressively or upset if they don’t agree with you. Stay focused on your path, on your commitment to self-love.

Commit to truly be yourself and love yourself for that. Others don’t need to like it, but trust me they will! Commit to finding yourself and cultivating this qualities within you that bring more joy, more love and more happiness in your life and into the life of others.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

Moon Phase in Aquarius – Opening new Horizons

When the moon passes Aquarius our intuitive thoughts are heightened and we definitely should spend some time listening to what is coming through. There might be the one or other treasure hidden in the streaming of our own inner wisdom.

Independent and loyal is the Aquarius and no one will ever be able to change that. The Aquarius needs a lot of space, emotionally and physically and absolutely hates it to be caged in. He/she will never ever fit into a box, unless the box is made of an irregular shape, painted in all sorts of colours and the lid is always taken off.
