This gives you the opportunity to speak to me and share your goals and expectations. After this phone call (if you decide to go ahead) I will ask out to fill out a general nutrition advise questionnaire so we see where to start.
Initial Consultation Session (in person/Skype/Phone) 60 – 80min.
To discuss your health goals, have a look at your current diet and challenges. We also will discuss any symptoms you might experience, look at allergies and your family medical history. Based on these insights you will receive 1 weeks worth menu plans, recipes and a shopping list.
Follow up Session – approx. 45min.
This will be about 3 -4 weeks after you received your diet plan/menu plan and shopping list to check in with you about any challenges you experienced and make necessary adjustments to your nutritional program. This also will help to understand your progress and allows me to support and motivate you to continue progress.
Sometimes one consultation could be sufficient but total of two or four sessions are suggested so we can make sure you are on track with your new healthy lifestyle.
